Soybean food market in China is far from saturation with a huge potential. At present, the amount of soybean used in food industry of our country is about 11million tons. But according to the requirment of ‘Long term plan for the development of Chinese food and nutrition(2011-2020)’, till 2020, per capita annual soybean intake to reach 13 kg, that means for the food industry, the amount of soybeans should reach about 18million tons.
