Since 1994, Big Sky Bread has been baking breads and sweets in the old Engine 8 Firehouse at Woodford's Corner. My late husband, Bill Harris, and I started this business with the help of my brothers. Originally a franchise of my brothers' company, we are now an independent bakery.
In 1998, we opened a second location as one of the original vendors in the Portland Public Market. Although we've added many new breads and sweets over the years, one thing that has not changed is our commitment to sc
