Waitrose has launched a giant spring onion, known as Goku. The onion is native to Japan, but is now grown in Norfolk.
Despite being a spring onion, Goku is the size of a leek.
Nicola Williams, buyer for Waitrose, said: Our customers love to cook and are always looking for new and interesting ingredients.
