Olive oil producer Caroli has partnered with Blocksyte to use blockchain during the shipment of extra virgin olive oil for the first time.
Blocksytes SaaS-based application has been used to track Carolis olive oil shipment between Italy and the US.
The application monitored real-time location, temperature, humidity, and light exposure, to ensure that the olive oil was handled under optimal conditions throughout its entire journey.
