Golden State Foods, a global distributor and food processor, acquired a McDonalds distribution center in Lebanon, Ill., from Gateway Distribution. The facility serves more than 350 McDonalds restaurants in Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Indiana and Kentucky, the company said.
