Wixon announced the appointment of Mel Mann to the newly created position of director of flavor innovation where he will be responsible for developing and implementing innovation processes for the organization intended to support new product growth.
He also will oversee Wixons flavor lab, located in the companys Innovation Center for Culinary and Meat Processing. Mann will report to Mariano Gascon, Wixon vice president of research development.
