Sanderson Farms, Inc. plans to build a poultry processing complex near Palestine, Texas. The complex will feature a processing plant, feed mill, hatchery and wastewater facility.
Executives said the Palestine plant will complement its other poultry processing operations in Bryan and Waco, Texas.
