Coca-Cola signs $637.15m contract with Nampac Bevcan in South Africa

Coca-Cola has awarded a five-year R5.6bn ($637.15m) contract to South Africa-based beverage can manufacturer Nampac Bevcan to produce and supply lightweight aluminium cans for its portfolio of beverages.

Coca-Cola South Africa's subsidiary Coca-Cola Canners of Southern Africa will distribute its beverage range in Nampac Bevcan cans in Gauteng market in 2013 and remaining parts of the country in 2014.
