Eric Barratt, managing director of New Zealand-based Sanford Limited, is retiring after 15 years with the company.
Jeff Todd, chairman of the companys board of directors, announced Barratts decision during the companys annual meeting in Aukland. Barratt, Todd said, will stay on until the board finds a successor, or until 31 December 2013, whichever comes first.
