Seafood New Zealand has appointed Tim Pankhurst CEO effective in April.
Pankhurst is currently general manager of the Communications and Media Industry Training Organization (CMITO) and Print NZ, as well as having an advisory editor role with the Newspaper Publishers Association (NPA). He has previously served as CEO of NPA and is a former daily newspaper editor of The Dominion Post, The Evening Post, Waikato Times and The Press.
