Fleming's to introduce Valentine's Day menu

US-based Fleming's Prime Steakhouse Wine Bar has introduced two new entrees - Roasted Lobster Tail and Chateaubriand with Crab Glacage, to its offerings just in time for the Valentine's Day.

The new Roasted Lobster Tail features vanilla lemon butter, mac and cheese with crispy pancetta, while the Chateaubriand with Crab Glacage features a center cut tenderloin, creamy jumbo lump crab, madeira sauce, asparagus spears, said the company.
