South African seafood processor Irvin and Johnson (IJ) is revamping its on-shore fish-processing in Cape Town with Marel equipment.
The complete processing solution includes cooling, a gentle handling in-feed system, a new 28-station trimming line, I-Cut 22 PortionCutter, targetBarcher and Innova software modules including Innova Yield Control, Innova Trimming and Innova Packing.
