Foley Family Wines, a California-based producer, marketer and distributor of wines, has purchased Lancaster Estate for an undisclosed amount.
The purchase includes the winery, vineyards, Lancaster and Roth labels, inventory, a 6,000ft proprietor's home and small guest cottage.
