On aglobal level, the frozen food market is showing a clear contrastbetween the optimistic emerging markets and the more skepticalestablished markets: whereas frozen packaged foods and ice-creamcontinue to grow in China, Thailand and India, the WesternEuropean market is suffering slight declines: frozen dessertswere up seven percent in 2011 but will be down 2.8% in 2012.
