Brad Pederson has been named Supply Chain Manager for Caravan Ingredients. In his new role, Pederson will manage the corporate demand planning and APS functions at Caravan Ingredients. He also will lead the company through key initiatives, including SKU optimization, collaborative planning and inventory optimization.
