Thailand's fish cake now available at Flluid at Noida's Mosaic Hotels

Thai Fish Cake, a delicacy made from galangal infused fish cutlets with lemon grass and sweet chilli sauce, is now available at Flluid, Mosaic Hotel, Noida from 7am-1am, seven days a week.

It may be served with or without rice, and apart from the aforementioned sauce, is accompanied by chopped cucumber, fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime juice.
