Vacuum-packed cuts of beef and lamb from LM Meats Northern Ireland have been withdrawn because the products were handled and packaged in an unapproved establishment. The Agency has issued a Food Alert For Action to district councils in Northern Ireland.
Enforcement officers are currently investigating supplies to establishments in the Republic of Ireland. However, it is possible that there may have been distribution to wholesalers and butchers in Northern Ireland. This is being investigated by
