ALDI recalls Carlini Baking Spray in US

Supermarket chain ALDI has voluntarily recalled its Carlini Baking Spray in the US, due to incorrect gluten-free labeling.

ALDI said that the label states that the product is 'made with Real Flour' and is a 'Naturally Gluten-Free Food,' which are contradictory claims. The product is made with wheat flour and consumers with allergy or severe sensitivity to wheat or gluten can become ill if they consume this product.

The product, 5-ounce Carlini Baking Spray, was an ALDI Special Buy product. It
