First Niagara has served as main arranger and administrative agent in a $33.1m financing package for Victory Brewing Company.
The finance will be used by Victory brewing to construct a second brewery in a 212,000ft building in Parkesburg, US.
The proposed brewery will have a 200-bpd brewhouse, a 50,000ft distribution center and 1,000-barrel fermentation tanks.
Victory Brewing Company brewmaster and CEO Ron Barchet said they have a long-standing relationship with First Niagara.
