US-based ice cream manufacturer Schoep Ice Cream has recalled Kay's Classic Vanilla Bean ice cream over an undeclared allergen
According to the company, the recall was initiated after certain Kay's Vanilla Bean Ice Cream containers were found to contain Kay's Butter Pecan Ice Cream, reported the Food Safety News.
The products subjected to the recall includes those which bear a UPC code UPC #0-87848-13021 and a best by date of 02/28/14. They were distributed to Food City and Super Dollar stores
