IMCD Group, a leading speciality chemicals and food ingredients company, has signed an agreement to acquire all activities of PT Alam Subur Tirta Kencana, a Jakarta-based leading food ingredients distributor. With this acquisition Rotterdam-based IMCD Group also makes its entry into Southeast Asias largest economy.
Under this deal, IMCD will also acquire Alam Suburs affiliated company PT Sapta Permata at Surabaya, Indonesia. As soon as all necessary approvals have been obtained, the transactio
