Wheat Rises on Report Ukrainian Government Confirms Export Ban

The USDA estimated Oct. 11 Ukraines wheat exports in the 2012-13 season would be the lowest in five years at 4 million tons. Global inventories before next years Northern Hemisphere harvest may drop to 173 million tons, 13 percent lower than the previous season, according to the USDA.
