Dhler (Doehler) has developed a new range of brown flavours, ranging from chocolate, cocoa, nut, nougat and coffee through to caramel and vanilla. Each of these flavours is available in a diverse range of nuances. In addition to extracts and natural flavours, the global ingredient producer also offers a number of compositional flavours.
