Peruvian exports of frozen vegetables, including artichokes,yellow peppers, rocoto peppers, corn and tomatoes, reached $6.5million as of the end of September -- but the monthly average of$722,980 was 35% less than in 2011 ($1.1 million).
According to the latest customs statistics elaborated byAgrodataperu, artichoke heart exports generated the most revenue,with $3.4 million, at an average price of $4.37 per kilo. Yellowpeppers accounted for $820,000, at an average price of $2.43 perkilo, while
