New seafood processor Sealincs to create 100 jobs

The business will be operated by a holding company called Sealincs and production should start next month.

The joint-directors, seafood entrepreneurs, Orn Jonsson and Ken Bottomley, have set the business up in an empty 5,203 m2seafood processing facility, formerly operated by the Mariner firm in the town. The firm will process fresh and frozen white fish, salmon and shellfish for retail, food service and export customers.
