Dairy Farmers Speak Against Supply Management at World Dairy Expo

Dairy farmers attending the World Dairy Expo in Madison, Wis., last week spoke out about the dangers of a dairy supply management program included in the Dairy Security Act, part of the Farm Bill passed by the Senate and next up for floor debate by the House of Representatives. The farmers also outlined the benefits of an alternative proposal, the Goodlatte-Scott amendment, that provides margin insurance without government interference in free markets.
