Stefano Foods, an establishment based in North Carolina, US, is recalling approximately 3,744 pounds of a chicken quesadilla product because of misbranding and an undeclared allergen.
The product contains isolated soy protein, a known allergen, which is not declared on the label, according to the US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
The following products are being recalled: 18-lb. cases, each containing 12, QUESADILLA CHICK INS 12/24OZ, with an identifying
