Yearsley Group has formally purchased the remaining business andassets of Partner Logistics Hams Hall Ltd after having operatedthe business on licence from July.
The Group has also acquired the Hams Hall warehouse fromRopemaker Properties Ltd. This secures Yearsley's commitment tothe future of Hams Hall and the clients that use the depot. Twoother Partner Logistics warehouses in the UK were recentlyacquired by the newly formed Ice Cold Storage Holding BV.
