Property consultancy Colliers International confirmed that US-based Krispy Kreme was on track to open its purpose-built premises alongside another new fast food restaurant for the KFC chain.
Other recent newcomers to the park include Poundworld.
The firm said footfall at the park had already enjoyed significan
