The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is recalling sliced crimini mushrooms supplied by Champ's Mushrooms as they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
The products being recalled are Champ's Mushrooms sliced crimini mushrooms 200g, 227g, and 454g packages bearing UPC numbers of 6 78286 99933 4, 6 78286 88877 5, 6 78286 88881 2, respectively.
These products have been distributed in Alberta and British Columbia and may have been distributed in other provinces as well.
