he Verlasso salmon is naturally cured and smoked with Blue Hill Bay's time-tested techniques to offer a premium, all-natural smoked salmon.

The smoked Verlasso will come in two sizes: a 3-ounce ready-to-eat package that is suitable for the home cook and a bulk package that will range from 2 to 3 pounds, suitable for delis and prepared foods sections of grocery stores, caterers, restaurants and other providers in the food service industry.
