How to make…Cholam vadai

Corn vadai is reminiscent of my childhood days in Hyderabad. I learnt to make this evening snack from my grandmother.

What you need

Raw corn - 500 gm

Chilli powder 3 tbsp

Cumin seeds - 3 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp

Fenugreek powder - 1 tbsp

Asafoetida 1/2 tbsp

Salt - to taste

Curry leaves a few

Coriander leaves - a few

Refined oil as required

Cooking instructions

Grind the corn in a blender to make a coarse mixture.

Add salt, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder, chilli powder,
