The convenience foods tastes great when you are hungry and we eat them quickly albeit absent mindedly. They contain all the ingredients that your body does not need typically high in calories, fat , sugar, salt etc. Convenience foods can certainly be part of a well balanced diet but they can never substitute the latter.
