ARMetallazing and Vacumet Paper have been acquired by H.I.G. Europe and ARMetllazing said it is a major step to meet their customers global needs.
ARMetallazing, based in Belgium and Vacumet, based in the US, manufacture metallized paper for use in beverage and consumer packaged goods markets.
The groups metallized paper is used as the base paper in premium beer labels, spirit labels, food packaging, consumer product packaging and can be found on household brands such as Becks beer, Lurpak but
