Estate agents marketing Youngs Seafoods former Cromer Crab factory say they have received about half a dozen expressions of interest.
The site, which closed with the loss of 160 jobs last month, is on the market for 1.35M through Norwich-based Brown Co.
Surveyor Andrew Haigh told FoodManufacture.co.uk that the site was zoned for B2 industrial use and they had received expressions of interest both from the food manufacturing sector and other general manufacturers.
