French organic vegetables from unheated greenhouses available in March

MediTerraBio, the association of 16 organic producers of the Provence region, and ProNatura, which specializes in organic fruit and vegetables, have announced the arrival of zucchinis and early vegetables in March.

The producers of MediTerraBio grow zucchinis on 6 hectares, with a plan to produce 360 tons this year, 0.5 hectare of peas for 5 tons, 1 hectare of beans for 30 tons, 1.5 hectare of artichokes (purple and green) for 30 tons and 5 tons of turnips.
