The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Ponderosa Mushrooms Specialty Foods are warning the public not to consume the sliced Lobster Mushrooms described below because the product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
The affected product, Ponderosa Mushrooms brand sliced Lobster mushrooms, is sold in 100 g (3.5 oz) packages. The package bears the UPC 8 87588 60302 7 and the code 12255103.
This product was sold from one store, Urban Fare, 177 Davie Street, Vancouver, BC.
The
