Established in 1991 in New York, US, by the acclaimed pastry chef Eric Lecoq, Lecoq Cuisine manufactures and markets more than 150 varieties of premium products, particularly viennoiseries (its famed Croissants sweet and savory; Danishes; Cinnamon rolls; Puff Pastries; and Brioches).

Expanding French cuisine beyond Europe
Present mainly in the US, Lecoq Cuisine also exports to Canada and the Caribbean. The products are manufactured at the companys production site in
