Groupe Le Duff (Le Duff), and its subsidiary Bridor, has acquired Lecoq Cuisine Corporation (Lecoq Cuisine), a key player in North American production of specialty Viennese and French-style pastries. This latest investment in the US aims to support the global growth of Bridor, and strengthen its current production capacities in the US and Canada.
Le Duff previously invested more than 200 million (US$204 million) in North American production sites.
