Eating a diet high in fruits and vegetables is known to be beneficial to ones overall health. However, a new study, published in the journal PLOS Medicine, found that changing your diet could add up to 13 years to your life as well. Understanding the relative health potential of different food groups could enable people to make feasible and significant health gains, authors of the study explain.
Researchers from Norway created a model of what might happen to a man or woman's life expectancy if
