New Yorkers for Beverage Choices was formed in response to Mayor Bloombergs proposal, which will prohibit the on-premise sale of sugar sweetened drinks that contain more than 25 calories per 8 oz. serving in packages larger than 16 ounces, beginning March 12, 2013. The group spearheaded a petition
