The Agricultural Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), in collaboration with the Himachal Pradesh Horticultural Produce Marketing and Processing Corporation Ltd (HPMC), Friday exported a consignment of apples comprising five unique varieties.
The move comes as India is making efforts to promote exports of agricultural and processed food products to newer destinations, the Ministry of Commerce Industry said in a statement.
