‘Angel’s Share’ sees Kentucky city serve Diageo air pollution notice

In the letter to the company, shared with BeverageDaily.com, Louisvilles Air Pollution Control District (APCD) executive director Lauren Anderson alleges that Diageo has violated district air pollution regulations.

She states that city authorities can fine the firm up to $10,000/violation for each day that it occurs or continues.
