Bogra District agriculture officials have stated that agents of the countrys exporters will buy high-quality potatoes from the Bogra various markets. A total of 11,200 tons of potato will be exported this year from the Bogra district, just like in previous years.
Additional deputy director of the district department of agricultural extension (DAE) Shahaduzzaman said a bumper potato harvest was seen due to favorable weather. The target for potato cultivation in the district was 55,455 hectares.
