The most difficult thing last year was knowing what to plant as we had no idea if we would have a market for our crops once we harvested them. We took the decision that it was our job to keep feeding the nation and planted as normal. Our retail sales increased as food service dropped, people at home with time on their hands took to home cooking, as a lot of our retail sales are organic the only adjustment we made was
