Though the price of these mangoes has not been decided, traders say, till the start of the main season, two to four boxes of mangoes come in the market from time to time and they are sold between Rs 1000 to 1,500 (11.0-16.5) per dozen (12 pieces). Traders in the market committee are hopeful that the mango market which has been crippled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic will get a better response this time.
