Hodgson Mill, the US-based manufacturer of whole wheat and gluten-free foods, has begun manufacturing its own line of whole wheat pastas.
For the production of its whole wheat pasta, the company has added 40,000ft2 and installed two Italian-made, fully automated pasta lines.
The company will produce products as spaghetti, linguine and angle hair, lasagna, elbow, penne and spirals. The newly produced pasta will be packaged in a clear, sealed bag inside a box to allow for greater food safety and
