Vitamin C and beta-carotene suggested to combat dementia

The study published in the Journal of Alzheimers Disease examined the influence of antioxidants on the development of dementia and Alzheimers disease (AD). The study suggests that it may be possible to influence the onset of Alzheimers through dietary manipulation to replace antioxidants that are found in low levels.
