Exports are also getting going again now. According to Arno, white mushroom prices of about 1,50/1,60 are average.

For now, we're optimistic about the summer. Production is also recovering. The current market's well balanced. There's not too much or too little. Perhaps all the people staying home will make for extra mushroom and bean sprout sales, Arno concludes.
