Singapore dependent on import of fruit and vegetables

In 2018, the Netherlands exported 18 million Euro worth of fruit and vegetables to Singapore (5.6 million residents). The wealthy city-state located in Southeast Asia is very dependent on import of fruit and vegetables, among other things, as it hardly produces any of its own.
